Program Outline:

Social Meet and Greet Session

Kick off the mentoring journey with our initial social meet and greet session. This event is designed to help mentors and mentees interact in a relaxed setting, facilitating the formation of compatible mentor-mentee pairs. The session includes guided activities to help participants identify shared interests and goals, ensuring a strong foundation for the mentoring relationships.

Mentor Training

Our mentor training module prepares both new and experienced mentors for their role. This training covers essential mentoring skills such as active listening, setting goals, providing constructive feedback, and managing the mentoring relationship. Participants will also learn how to address common challenges in mentoring, ensuring they are well-prepared to support their mentees effectively.

Mentee Training

To maximise the benefits of the mentoring program, mentees receive targeted training on how to engage with their mentors. This includes setting clear personal and professional goals, communicating effectively, and leveraging the mentor's experience. Mentees learn how to drive the relationship, ensuring they actively participate and gain the most from the experience.

One-on-One Check-In

Each mentoring pair will receive a one-time one-on-one check-in session. This dedicated session is designed to support and guide the mentor and mentee in evaluating their progress, addressing any challenges they may have encountered, and setting a focused trajectory for the remainder of their mentoring journey. This targeted support ensures that each pair can maximise their partnership's potential.

Mid-Point and Wrap-Up Sessions

The program includes a mid-point review session to assess the progress of the mentoring relationships and make adjustments if necessary. The wrap-up session at the end of the program allows mentors and mentees to reflect on their journey, celebrate successes, and discuss next steps in their professional development paths.
