The Activation Series

The Activation Series is a practical, high-energy training program designed for people who are capable but carrying too much mental load. Instead of adding more theory to the pile, this series clears space, builds momentum, and gets things moving through simple, structured action.

Each session focuses on one area of “stuckness” that quietly drains attention and slows performance — life admin, work backlog, overdue decisions, conversations avoided, clutter (digital or physical), and all the tasks that live rent-free in our heads. Participants bring their own backlog items and develop the activation skills, momentum-building techniques, and decision-making frameworks needed to make steady traction across the series.

It’s not coaching, and it’s not therapy — It’s behavioural activation. We focus on small, structured actions that retrain the brain to move, decide, and follow through. The program blends enough insight to spark reflection with enough structure to drive action. People leave each workshop lighter, clearer, and more capable of showing up with energy in the areas that matter most. 

By converting intention into micro-actions in real time, the brain builds momentum, decision-making improves, and follow-through becomes habitual.

Delivery Mode:

Designed for groups of 10–15, The Activation Series runs across eight 75-minute sessions (typically fortnightly). It works beautifully as part of wellbeing programs, leadership development, or any team needing a boost in energy, clarity, and execution.

Workshop Requirements:

Participants should arrive with one identified priority task and be ready to engage in guided action and discussion.

Materials provided: templates, worksheets, and activation tools

Participants to bring: Pen, paper and a list of items taking up your mental load

If your organisation wants people who feel lighter, think clearer, and take action sooner — this is where momentum begins. Typical participants report completion of 3–5 postponed tasks and a clear plan for the rest.
